The archives of the Pennsylvania Library Association are available for research use at the State Library of Pennsylvania during normal library open hours and by advanced appointment with the Rare Collections Librarian. All materials were deposited at the State Library in 2021 to provide public access for scholarship on the history of the Association and libraries in Pennsylvania. Processing is ongoing and approximately 80% of the collection is currently available for use. Remaining materials awaiting processing are additional administrative materials of former Executive Director Glenn Miller and audio-visual materials, electronic files, and photographs.
