Youth Services for Pennsylvania Libraries

This LibGuide provides resources and support for Pennsylvania library staff and volunteers engaged in children and youth services.

Youth Services Overview

The youth services team in the Bureau of Library Development within the Office of Commonwealth Libraries supports Pennsylvania libraries in delivering equitable, impactful, and inclusive programs for children and teens ages 0-18. By providing a range of resources, professional development opportunities, and statewide initiatives, the team helps library staff tailor their services to meet the unique needs of their communities while fostering collaboration and excellence in youth services across the state.
