Supreme Court - US Reports
The opinions of the Supreme Court of the United States are published officially in the United States Reports. Reports for 1991-2017 (as of August 2023) are available at this link to the Supreme Court's website.

This digital collection of the U.S. Reports contains volumes 1-570, covering the years 1754-2012. This collection will continue to grow as the Supreme Court digitizes more volumes of the U.S. Reports.

As a federal depository, the State Library of Pennsylvania also holds physical copies of the United States Reports.

Structure of the U.S. Courts
The federal court system has three main levels: district courts, which are the general trial courts; circuit courts, which are the first level of appeal; and the Supreme Court of the United States, which is the final level of appeal in the federal system. There are 94 district courts, 13 circuit courts, and one Supreme Court throughout the country.
