All grant recipients SHOULD:

Ensure organization information matches across all systems.
Sign up for direct deposit with the Commonwealth. Organizations with direct deposit can track and receive payments faster. Find more information at Direct Deposit & e-Remittance (pa.gov).
Request to receive payment notification emails from the Commonwealth. Notifications are sent on or before the payment date.
Be familiar with how to check the status of request for reimbursement or invoices that are either in-process or paid in the Commonwealth Self-Service Payment Lookup system.

Instruction

Grants are paid on a reimbursement basis only. Once your reimbursement request is processed, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania releases payment to your organization about month from the date your request is approved by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
