Promising Practices for Youth Services in Pennsylvania's Public Libraries

Communications, Marketing, and Advocacy

Understanding the communication tools and methods used by the segments of the community, especially populations you are trying to reach, is vital. Internal public relations also allow library staff to promote youth services and helps to establish a good working relationship among all library staff.
